What happens if you order different brands or products:
We value our diverse range of brands and products. However, please note that if you order consists of items from different brands, we handle these as separate orders for shipment. As a result, shipping charges will be applied for each distinct order. For example:
- If you order three pairs of TOKU slippers, these will be dispatched as a single order. Accordingly, you will be charged for the shipping cost of one order.
- However, if you order one pair of TOKU slippers and one Nordhale laptop bag, they will be treated as separate orders. You will be charged separately for the shipping of each order.
We understand the convenience of receiving all items in a single package for you. Rest assured, we are actively working on a solution to streamline this process and aim to offer consolidated shipping in the near future.
Transport and delivery:
- The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for shipping is added to the price.
- Regular delivery time is 2-7 days, but in some reasons beyond our control it may take up to 30 business days.
- Delivery methods: Omniva, Itella, DHL, DPD and etc.
