This includes:

- Business details including company name, shipping and billing address, registered business address, telephone and mobile numbers and email address

- Our company is the responsible processor of personal data, our company transmits the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processors: Montonio Finance UAB.
- When you browse our store, we also automatically receive information about your computer hardware and software. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, geographic region, access times and referring website addresses

- We use this information to manage your account, support and process your order, authentication, processing of payments and marketing (unless you have opted out).
How long do we keep it for:
We retain personal information we collect from you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to provide you with a service you have requested or to comply with applicable legal, tax, or accounting requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible. - Our CRM Business Software provider to enable us to process your orders and manage your account
- Our IT service providers when it is necessary for them to support our internal IT issues
- Our personal or partnerś warehousing and operations team who are responsible for picking & packing your order
- Couriers and postal services to help deliver our products to you
- Our payment gateway providers if they are used when completing your transaction, who we may send your details to, and also use information from credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies to prevent fraud and to verify your identity.
- Our Accounting software to keep our records correct and accurate for business and tax filing
- Anyone else where you have given consent for or as required by regulators and the law
- We may share non-personal information (such as the number of daily visitors to a particular web page, or the size of an order placed on a certain date) with third parties such as advertising partners. This information does not directly personally identify you or any user
- In the case of business transfers. Upon payment for orders through the Internet, the entry of data and payment processing is conducted on the website of the banks`; electronic payment system. The payment system ensures that the customer`s confidential data are not sent to the web shop and their processing is completely protected, and no one can receive the customer`s personal and bank data. Big Eco does not transfer the received personal details regarding the Customer to any third parties.
The payment for the product is performed exclusively through non-cash settlements using the chosen payment systems.
Even with all these precautions, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. So, whilst we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information which you disclose to us online and you must understand that you do so at your own risk.
