How to use sweet almond oil

Face: apply a few drops onto damp skin after showering, massaging it in thoroughly until fully absorbed.

Body: massage gently onto wet or dry skin after showering. Perfect as an all over body moisturiser.

Lips & nails: apply a small amount of oil to dry, cracked lips, to lock in moisture for softer lips. To strengthen and improve nail health, apply a few drops to each nail.

Hair & scalp: massage oil into the scalp and hair, leaving it on overnight and washing off the next day. Alternatively, apply a few drops to dry hair ends to keep them moisturised and prevent breakage.
