Terms & Conditions

• The general terms and conditions of sale are valid between the customers of Big Eco OÜ (hereinafter: Customer) and Big Eco OÜ, the owner of www.bigeco.eu (hereinafter: Merchant). The general terms and conditions of sale are in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Estonia. The product information, pricelist and purchase information on www.bigeco.eu are used as a basis.
• Merchant is responsible for processing clients data and he shares with ESTO and PAYPAL banking operators only information that is related to transactions.
• Changes to the sale terms and price list shall come into force when published on www.bigeco.eu. In case the Customer has submitted his or her order before the changes came into effect, the previous ordering terms apply for the Customer, unless otherwise provided by law or in the terms and conditions of sale.
• By submitting an order in the www.bigeco.eu store, the Customer confirms that he or she is familiar with the terms and conditions of sale and agrees to them. 

Placing an order:

Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid via an online bank transfer or using another payment method. The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store. If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.

Payment terms and conditions:

• You can pay either by bank transfer or using a bank link.
• Using the bank link, our partner is  ESTO, which supports Baltic countries banks as well as Visa and Master Card supported by PAYPAL. You can conveniently choose your bank name and make a payment.
• Our company is the responsible processor of personal data, our company transmits the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processors  ESTO and PAYPAL.
• You may pay in your currency but we recieve payments in Euros (€).
• Prices of all products sold in the www.bigeco.eu web shop include 22% VAT. 

Price list:

Prices of all products sold in the www.bigeco.eu web shop include 22% VAT, and does not include shipping costs. 

Transport and delivery:

• The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for shipping is added to the price.
• Regular delivery time is 2-7 days, but in some reasons beyond our control it may take up to 30 business days.
• Delivery methods: Omniva, Itella, DHL, DPD and etc.
• You are obliged to pick up the order from the parcel machine within the period specified by the delivery service. Usually it is 3-5 days. Otherwise, the order will be returned back to the manufacturer.

Miscellaneous:

Matters not regulated under these terms and conditions shall be governed by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia and legal acts regulating relations between parties.

Return of products that you have purchased in www.bigeco.eu store:

Please understand that we can only accept goods that have been ordered and delivered only through our www.bigeco.eu online store. If you wish to return goods that you have bought at one of our retail partners or voucher that you have received as a gift and have been bought from one of our retail partners or competitors, we ask you to clarify your concerns with the appropriate retail partner. Please note that under these circumstances, other general conditions may apply, which you will obtain from the retail shop.

General return conditions: 

1. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 
2. Items sent back to us without requesting a return or without our confirmation as return will not be accepted. 
3. In order to use the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than is necessary to make sure of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in a way that is allowed to test the goods as in a physical store. The product to be returned must be flawless, complete, in the original packaging and without signs of use. If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the goods, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Big Eco store has the right to decline the refund of the returned goods.
4. To return the goods, you must send a notification to the e-mail address info@bigeco.eu in a free form no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. The cost of returning the goods is covered by the Buyer. The Buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier of the goods within the aforementioned period. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Big Eco online store will refund to the buyer immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal. The Big Eco online store may refuse to issue refunds until it has received the goods that are the subject of the contract.
5. If the Buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the Big Eco, Big Eco does not have to refund the cost to the consumer that exceeds the cost associated with the usual delivery method. The Big Eco online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer, if the price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to an error.
6. If the defect is of a technological nature, the Buyer may request repair or replacement of the product. In case of replacement of a defective product, Big Eco has the right to require the Buyer to return the defective product before issuing the replacement product. If the defect was due to incorrect use or an accident by the Buyer, the Big Eco has right to decline the return and refund.
7. If the goods reach you damaged, please let us know immediately by writing to info@bigeco.eu.
8. Big Eco is not responsible for the mistakes of the postal service provider – delay in delivery, loss of the package and other situations in which Big Eco is not involved. However, we assist the Buyer in communicating with the postal service provider in order to find the package or speed up the delivery. 
9. If the item ordered by mail does not fit, you have the right to return it to us within 14 days. The goods must be in their original packaging and must not be used. The money for the returned goods will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within 7 working days after the return of the goods. Shipping costs and return costs are Buyer subject to payment! For this reason, we recommend that before making a purchase, you contact us by email at info@bigeco.eu about sizes, colors, etc. 
10. When your return is received and approved, the refund will be made only to the same bank account from which the payment was done. We will refund the full price you paid for an item, deducting the shipping costs.
11. Big Eco cannot be held responsible for items that are delivered to the wrong address, lost or stolen in transit or otherwise delayed by third-party shipping companies, postal depots, freight forwarders, etc. Orders already in shipping cannot be returned, canceled or refunded.
12.  You are obliged to pick up the order from the parcel machine within the period specified by the delivery service. Usually it is 3-5 days. Otherwise, the order will be returned back to the manufacturer. In this case, the buyer loses the right to claim the order and the possibility of a refund for the purchase and delivery. Claims in this case will also not be accepted!
